In your role as a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues and ensuring that high standards of service are met. With the support of extensive training programs, you will continuously enhance your technical skills while managing field repairs safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide field service support to customers
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on site
• Follow safety protocols in all working conditions




• Operate service truck for effective onsite repairs
• Deliver quality service to uphold company standards

Requirements:
• Hold a valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License
• Preferred certification in Red Seal Truck and Transport
• 1-3 years experience in heavy equipment service
• Knowledge of Caterpillar systems is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
