Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize the schedules of the CEO and VP

• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely project completion

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary qualifications in administration or communication
• At least 5 years of executive support experience
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in managing confidential information deftly
• Ability to respond to changing priorities with composure
