As the Mine Supervisor for Underground Operations, you will provide day-to-day technical guidance while overseeing production, development, and haulage operations. Reporting to the Mine Captain, this position is essential for maintaining high performance and a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility among crews.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute mining development and production plans effectively
• Support and grow the underground workforce through training
• Enforce safety and environmental compliance through leadership




• Troubleshoot operational issues with technical strategies
• Maintain accurate records of production and safety measures

Requirements:
• Technical or college education comparable to three years
• More than 10 years of underground mining experience
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership ability
• Familiarity with mining operations and equipment required
• Commitment to continuous improvement in safety practices
