In this vital full time role, you will oversee the development and implementation of DUCA’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. You’ll lead important assessments, ensuring that both internal and vendor recovery capabilities align with the organization’s resilience objectives. Your expertise will be crucial during disruption scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of BCM and resilience frameworks
• Oversee Business and Vendor Continuity Planning processes
• Lead resilience and continuity testing activities




• Track and document testing outcomes and improvements
• Collaborate on compliance with regulatory expectations

Requirements:
• Degree in business, finance, or similar field
• Minimum 4 years in Operational Risk or Business Continuity
• Experience in BIAs, BCPs, and testing exercises
• Knowledge of governance and risk assessment tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
