Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize snow removal equipment for efficient winter maintenance
• Repair and maintain highway surfaces, signage, and guardrails in summer
• Set up and dismantle traffic control as needed
• Transport necessary tools and personnel for operations
• Be available for emergency responses and additional hours
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ years of equipment operation in construction
• Possess a valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
