Waterloo Regional Health Network seeks a Major Gift Officer dedicated to fostering donor relationships and significant philanthropic support. This full time, hybrid role will contribute to critical healthcare improvements in Kitchener-Waterloo.

In your role as Major Gift Officer, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of major gift donors, creating personalized strategies that align with hospital priorities. Collaborating closely with Foundation leadership and healthcare professionals, you will cultivate significant donations that enhance healthcare access for Ontarians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage major gift donor portfolio effectively
• Lead development of proposals and case statements
• Conduct effective donor cultivation meetings




• Document all donor interactions in Raisers Edge
• Coordinate impactful donor recognition events

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in fundraising or major gifts
• Experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Raisers Edge and Office software
• Valid driver’s license for local outreach
