You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their challenges, offering safety planning, emotional support, and case management. This role emphasizes building trusting relationships and supporting clients in identifying their strengths and options for a better future. Availability for at least three overnight shifts per year is required to ensure comprehensive client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support clients with safety and case planning
• Conduct risk assessments to enhance safety measures
• Document all interactions and maintain client files
• Provide crisis line support to assess needs
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or similar field required
• At least 2 years of crisis intervention experience
• Knowledge of Allen Wade’s practice preferred
• Mandatory First Aid and ASIST certifications
• Must maintain current skilled registrations
