We are seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Moving Sales Coordinator. This position combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, and moving sales.

The successful candidate will help coordinate shipments entering and leaving the warehouse, maintain accurate inventory records, assist customers, and prepare estimates for residential and commercial moves. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment and can manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of household goods and other shipments
- Receive shipments and ensure items are properly labelled, documented, and stored
- Prepare and release outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and shipment locations
- Monitor stored shipments and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized
- Communicate with customers regarding their moving and storage needs
- Conduct in-person, virtual, or telephone moving estimates
- Prepare accurate quotes based on shipment size, required services, distance, and other job details
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist with booking moves
- Explain moving, packing, storage, and related services to customers
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse staff, movers, packers, drivers, and office personnel
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and electronic records
- Help ensure every customer receives professional and timely service
- Assist with other warehouse, sales, and operational duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and selling services
- Ability to prepare accurate estimates and perform basic calculations
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time
- Basic computer skills, including email and data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
- Ability to safely lift and move items when required

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the moving, transportation, logistics, warehousing, or storage industry
- Previous sales or customer-service experience
- Experience with inventory-management or dispatch software
- Knowledge of household-goods moving and packing services
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Experience preparing estimates or quotes
