Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports the Parts Department by assisting with inventory control, customer service, parts sourcing, receiving shipments, and maintaining organized stock levels. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to learn product knowledge, inventory management systems, and parts operations while supporting technicians, customers, and senior parts staff. Common responsibilities include receiving inventory, processing parts orders, maintaining stock records, and assisting customers when they need a part.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers, technicians, and service personnel with identifying and locating parts.

- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.

- Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for internal and external customers.

- Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system.

- Organize and label parts storage areas to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.

- Monitor stock levels and notify senior staff when replenishment is required.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department.

- Support senior Parts Personnel with purchasing, sourcing, and special-order parts.

- Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies.

Qualifications

Required

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.





- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physical warehouse duties.

- Valid driver's license.

Preferred

- Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or heavy equipment environments.

- Knowledge of inventory management practices.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

- Familiarity with automotive, truck, agricultural, or equipment parts.

- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

- Reliable vehicle to deliver parts occasionally

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
