Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and move materials safely across the warehouse
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct heavy lifting and load/unload activities while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or manufacturing operations
- Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks, order pickers, or other heavy equipment is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Prior experience with order fulfillment processes including picking, packaging, and load & unload activities
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety and operational excellence
