SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting warehouse operations through cycle counting, inventory management, kit assembly, order fulfillment, and material movement activities. Ensures inventory accuracy, supports production and customer requirements, and contributes to efficient warehouse operations while following safe work procedures and company policies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for the aftermarket warehouse.
- Perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and update inventory records within the ERP system.
- Provide inventory reporting and variance information to Accounting and other departments as required.
- Build and assemble kit components accurately according to work orders and specifications.
- Support picking, part pulling, and order fulfillment activities as needed to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Receive inventory from Quality Assurance (QA) and update inventory status in the system, including NCR, conditional release, and approved inventory transactions.
- Review physical cycle count results provided through Back-to-Stock activities, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate recounts as required.
- Verify inventory quantities and availability for production work orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain inventory locations within the system, including bin transfers, slotting optimization, and prioritization of picking locations.
- Conduct inventory and stock checks for customers and internal departments.
- Search, trace, and locate inventory and parts to support customer inquiries and operational requirements.
- Coordinate inventory updates and communicate stock levels, received shipments, and warranty return information across departments.
- Support CNC, Assembly,



and Production teams by verifying material availability and adjusting part-pulling locations as required.
- Process inventory reversals and return-to-stock transactions for cancelled orders and work orders.
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and inventory locations.
- Follow all safety procedures, warehouse standards, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory control, materials management, or related experience.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
- Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
- Understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or aftermarket parts environment.
- Experience supporting production work orders and material staging.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.




- Experience with inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- Warehouse workplace with regular interaction with Production, Quality, Customer Service, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams.
- Frequent movement throughout warehouse, inventory storage, and production-support areas.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and repetitive movement.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Visual ability to identify part numbers, inventory labels, and count discrepancies.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse and storage conditions.

EXPERIENCE:

- 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, materials management, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or aftermarket environment is considered an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
