Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our small team on a part-time basis. This role covers day-to-day warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and light customer support. Great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours in a growing logistics company.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound/outbound warehouse shipments
- Operate our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer emails regarding order status, inquiries, and basic support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support other warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills (comfortable learning software systems)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Able to lift boxes and stand for extended periods
- Good written communication skills for email correspondence
- Korean language proficiency is an asset (preferred, not required)
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 4 hours/day (20 hours/week)
- Specific shift hours to be discussed
Job Type Part-time, in-person
Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour
