Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Perform order picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently.
- Need to have valid drivers license
- Needs to be able to lift 50lbs
- Forklift experience is an asset, computer knowledge an asset
- Will be required to do help customer with orders, take customer orders, inventory counts, deliver product to customers, load and unload product from trucks, keep warehouse organized, as well as doing Yard maintenance like mowing etc.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
- Operate forklifts and cranes as needed to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and assist with order fulfillment.
- Build and prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring proper packaging standards are met.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Utilize AS400 or similar inventory management systems for tracking orders and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and cranes is a plus; certification may be required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with order picking, packaging, and shipping processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with AS400 or similar systems, are beneficial.
