Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate / Package Handler (Under the Roof – Sorting & Staging) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently sorting, staging, and preparing packages for delivery within our warehouse facility. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that orders are processed accurately and safely, supporting our mission to deliver smiles to customers worldwide.

Duties

- Unload linehaul trailers, pallets, and parcels safely and efficiently.
- Use handheld RF scanners to read barcodes and assign packages to designated sort lanes.
- Sort and stow parcels into staging bags and containers following automated system prompts.
- Build, wrap, and stage delivery carts and pallets for driver load-out.
- Maintain clean work areas, clear conveyor lanes,



and adhere strictly to all safety standards.
- Physical Demands & Work Environment.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 49 lbs (22 kg) independently.
- Push and pull utility carts and dollies up to 60 lbs (27 kg).
- Stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach continuously throughout shifts.
- Work in a high-tempo logistics facility with moving equipment (pallet jacks, carts).
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Reliable attendance for scheduled operational windows (including early morning and overnight sort cycles).

Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
- No prior experience required for entry-level tier ($18.00/hr); comprehensive paid training provided.
