Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Duties

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
- Oversee inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Manage warehouse distribution activities utilizing ERP systems such as SAP or AS400 to streamline operations and data accuracy
- Coordinate with supply chain partners, including 3PL providers and vendors, to optimize logistics and reduce costs
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, safety protocols, and overall warehouse productivity
- Oversee forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of inbound/outbound shipments, inventory levels, and safety incidents using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements





- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervising logistics teams within manufacturing or e-commerce environments
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS, and ERP systems such as SAP or AS400
- Bilingual in English and French is highly desirable; excellent communication skills are essential for team leadership and customer service
- Knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse distribution, packaging processes, and order fulfillment procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate forklifts with certification preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and continuous development initiatives
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software; familiarity with 3PL logistics is advantageous
- Strong analysis skills for data-driven decision-making; effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; excellent interpersonal skills for supervising staff and coordinating with external partners
