Costar Home Energy Ltd. is a fast-growing HVAC company specializing in heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and commercial HVAC projects throughout Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, and track HVAC equipment and materials.
- Prepare and issue materials for installation crews.
- Load and unload deliveries using a forklift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using company software.
- Perform inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Create purchase orders, receive inventory, and coordinate supplier orders.
- Process returns, warranty items, and damaged goods.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material logistics.
- Assist office staff, project managers, and field crews with material tracking and inventory reporting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive warehouse operation.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification is REQUIRED
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- HVAC, construction, plumbing, or electrical industry experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Valid BC Driver's License
- English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Compensation
- Competitive wage based on experience
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
