Job Summary

Reporting to President, the warehouse operator is in charge of all daily warehouse operation, include shipping and receiving, replenishment, inventory control

Duties and Responsibilities

- Organize and prioritize daily warehouse activities to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Perform all shipping and receiving activities, including receiving, picking, packing, labeling, freight handling, local pickups, and related documentation.
- Coordinate stock movement to and from Production, including supplying required materials and receiving finished products back into inventory.
- Store, organize, replenish, and move inventory according to designated warehouse locations and procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system transactions, stock verification, and participation in cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Maintain a secure, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, carriers, customers, and other teams as required.

Qualifications





- 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar experience.
- Experience with barcode/RF scanners and inventory or ERP systems.
- Forklift/reach-truck experience is required.
- Experience with printers, computers, parts, or electronics is an asset.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Physical Requirements

- Comfortable handling printers and other bulky/heavy merchandise.
- Able to perform regular lifting, picking, packing, pallet movement, and other physical warehouse duties.
- Able to safely use warehouse material-handling equipment.

Position

- Full-time, permanent.
- $25–$30/hour, based on experience.
- Opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the operation grows.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
