Shipper/Receiver & Delivery Driver – Saskatoon

We are currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver & Delivery Driver to join our team in Saskatoon.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving

- Unload incoming deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
- Accurately record received items in the inventory management system.

Shipping:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly labeled, documented, and scheduled for timely delivery.
- Work with couriers, carriers, and drivers to coordinate outbound shipments.

Delivery:
- Safely and efficiently deliver office supplies to customers, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
- Provide a positive customer experience through professionalism and clear communication.

Warehouse Operations:




- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
- Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and regular inventory reconciliations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and responsibly.

Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with the sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support internal transfers, product staging, and project deliveries as required.
- Contribute to process improvement and uphold HBI's standards for quality and safety.

Skills and Abilities

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and oral communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and plan/organize job tasks effectively
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
- Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Professionalism in customer-facing situations

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan driver's licence
- Driving record check (abstract) required
- Steel-toed safety boots required

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
