About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our home deliveries warehouse. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing inventory, using computer systems, and coordinating with the team to ensure orders are accurate, organized, and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Manage inventory levels, receiving, picking, packing, and order organization
- Ensure inventory is accurate and properly tracked within computer systems
- Use warehouse and computer programs to enter, update, and retrieve information
- Monitor orders and ensure products are prepared accurately and on schedule
- Communicate with drivers, delivery teams, office staff, and management
- Respond to and manage emails and day-to-day warehouse communications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Help prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Train, support, and provide direction to warehouse staff




- Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous warehouse or supervisory experience required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with computers, inventory systems, and email
- Ability to learn new software and warehouse programs quickly
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hands-on, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lead a team and keep warehouse operations running efficiently
- Previous experience in home delivery, furniture, or logistics is an asset
