Join NAPA's Moncton Distribution Center as a Warehouse Process and Systems Specialist. Improve operational processes, document procedures, and manage system efficiencies. In this pivotal full time position, you will analyze and enhance operational metrics, ensuring high-quality performance across the facility.

You will document Standardized Operating Procedures and act as a consultant representing the Distribution Centers on a national level for process enhancements. Identifying actionable solutions and correcting system anomalies will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze quality, cost, and performance metrics for improvements
- Document and implement procedures and training materials
- Facilitate the 5S process within the facility
- Maintain reporting on productivity and quality metrics
- Train DC employees on systems and operational changes Requirements:
- Diploma in industrial engineering or operations management
- Two years of experience in process improvement
- Understanding of LeanSixSigma practices
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
