Responsibilities

- Safely move and organize products within the warehouse using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts
- Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring accuracy and safety during all handling processes
- Operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to customers' locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment like forklifts to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance needs




- Assist with inventory management by tracking incoming and outgoing items accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and addressing customer inquiries professionally

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including moving heavy items and using forklifts
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with customers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail during loading, unloading, and delivery processes
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and walk consistently during shifts
