As the Employment Case Manager Team Lead, you will guide a small caseload of youth facing barriers to education and career growth. You’ll provide individualized case management and develop concrete action plans while collaborating with the PLEC team. Your expertise in employment counselling is essential for creating effective programs and initiatives that help youth succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver employment counselling and case management to youth
• Develop individualized action plans for career objectives




• Facilitate workshops on job readiness and life skills
• Engage in case conferencing with team members
• Maintain records and ensure client confidentiality

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Education
• Minimum three years in youth employment counselling
• Knowledge of barriers affecting youth in the labor market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LaMPSS database
• Commitment to anti-oppressive practices
