Key Responsibilities:
• Layout and fit metal components accurately
• Efficiently use welding equipment and tools
• Finish and polish welds to high standards
• Assist in shop maintenance and project support
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and promptly

Requirements:
• Completion of High School or equivalent
• 1-4 years of experience in fabrication required
• Proficient in TIG welding on stainless steel
• Metal Fabricator/Fitter 437A or equivalent preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and complexities
