Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, preparing high-quality beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll manage inventory, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise opening/closing café operations and maintain cleanliness
• Prepare various specialty coffee drinks for guests
• Ensure inventory accuracy and order supplies as needed




• Manage staff scheduling for efficient operation
• Operate cash register and handle daily financial reconciliations

Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience as a barista, supervisory experience preferred
• Good understanding of coffee brewing techniques
• Solid customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Organized and effective time management skills
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification required
