We are looking for a Floor Leader at Lush Cosmetics to support our Store Management Team. In this full-time position, you will focus on sales analysis, training team members, and creating an engaged store environment. Your leadership will directly contribute to operational success while ensuring customers receive the best shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and analyze sales to achieve store targets
• Model outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Educate customers about Lush’s ethical values and products
• Mentor Sales Ambassadors in effective sales techniques
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail customer service
• Experience with cash handling and supervisory duties
• Solid problem-solving skills during operations
• Knowledge of skincare and ethical business standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
