Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes based on approved menus
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen
• Document temperatures and food storage practices
• Plan for daily food needs and supplies
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment cleanly

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is essential
• 1-3 years in a cooking role within hospitality or healthcare
• Food handlers permit as required
• Effective communication skills in English
• Knowledgeable in food handling and preparation
