Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor treatment plans as directed
• Assist clients through mobility and exercise tasks
• Provide support and training for caregivers
• Ensure proper documentation of client progress
• Travel between client homes for versatile scheduling

Requirements:
• OTA/PTA qualification from an approved institution
• Prior experience in home and community care
• Effective communication skills in English
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
