This temporary full-time role will empower you to drive the administration of Baycrest’s benefits and total rewards programs effectively. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with HR teams and operational leaders, using data analysis for decision-making and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Your contributions will support continuous improvement and compliance with pay equity legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee benefits and compensation program administration daily
• Coordinate sick leave programs with HR and management




• Participate in the annual compensation cycle and data reporting
• Provide analytics and benchmarking support for bargaining
• Research market conditions to refine rewards programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-5 years relevant experience in total rewards
• Strong Excel skills and HRIS proficiency
• Knowledge of compensation laws and practices
• Relevant HR certifications preferred
