Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage all details of resident move-ins
• Welcome residents and families at arrival
• Deliver customizable welcome baskets during onboarding




• Collaborate for tailored dining and wellness services
• Document interactions and track satisfaction metrics

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field beneficial
• Strong skills in organization and communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
