Key Responsibilities:
• Market rental units and close deals with potential tenants
• Address tenant issues promptly within a 24-hour timeframe
• Respond to emergencies,

• Track rents and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage cleanliness and light repairs with contractors

Requirements:
• Five years of relevant property management experience
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory record required
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and web communications
• Ability to lift and handle physical tasks up to 50lbs
