As an Account Associate, you will engage with clients, preparing Certificates of Insurance and processing key policy documents. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance
• Process policy documents: new business, renewals, cancellations
• Request driver abstracts and report updates
• Assist with quotes, contracts, and liability slips
• Review client risks and follow up on claims
