Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and plan an effective schedule for senior directors
• Uphold high record keeping standards as per group governance
• Compile information for committees and cross-team projects
• Identify and address risks while delivering project tasks
• Manage diaries and travel arrangements efficiently
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a PA or similar role
• Strong communication skills for diverse interactions
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
• Proficient with IT software and analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
