Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and draft court documents and correspondence
• Manage court filing deadlines effectively




• Schedule critical litigation events and prepare documentation
• Liaise with lawyers regarding file materials and updates
• Maintain comprehensive filing systems for documents

Requirements:
• Graduate from a Legal Administrative Assistant Program
• At least 3 years of relevant litigation experience
• Familiarity with Provincial and Supreme Court matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Acumin accounting software
• Solid client service orientation and discretion
