Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily management of the Lindt store
• Enhance staff performance through training and support
• Maintain high customer service and merchandising standards
• Order supplies and manage inventory for the store
• Reconcile daily cash with sales documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education and retail experience required
• At least 5 years in retail, with supervisory duties
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
