Our brokerage is seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a RIBO or OTL license and excel in a collaborative workplace. Your effective communication skills will be key in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients with care
• Deliver superior service while building lasting relationships
• Leverage EPIC and portals for efficient management




• Prioritize and organize tasks in a busy setting

Requirements:
• Must have RIBO license or plan to convert OTL to RIBO
• At least 3 years of relevant personal lines experience
• University degree or college diploma preferred
• CAIB, CPIB, or CIP designation is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and insurance software
