In this position, you will take responsibility for providing clinical assessments and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will offer evidence-based mental health interventions tailored for operational stress injuries, while aligning with established best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver diagnostic assessments to support treatment recommendations
• Create customized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Implement group and individual evidence-based mental health interventions
• Provide episodic care in a specialized mental health setting
• Monitor treatment effectiveness using routine outcome tools
Requirements:
• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Psychology
• Eligibility for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists
• Experience with military and public safety personnel desirable
• Expertise in trauma-related and mood disorders
• Proficiency in psychotherapy and psychological assessment
