ICSG is seeking a passionate Lead FDK/SA for our Tumpane Child Care Centre. This part time, split shift position requires an energetic educator with strong organizational skills and early childhood experience.

Fill one of two contract positions that involve implementing structured early childhood programs while working with children across all age groups. Candidates must hold an Early Childhood Education Diploma, be registered with the college, and have current First Aid certification. Flexibility and dependable attendance are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement early childhood educational activities
• Maintain positive behaviour and classroom management
• Liaise professionally with parents and colleagues




• Conduct fun and engaging programs for children
• Ensure compliance with childcare guidelines

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent required
• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Education
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check necessary
• Knowledge of childcare operational standards
