Become a Project Accountant for a growing real estate developer in the Fraser Valley, engaging in the comprehensive financial management of development projects. Strengthen your skills in accounting and collaborate across teams.

As a Project Accountant, you will be integral in supporting real estate projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with Finance and Operational teams, overseeing loan draws, project cash flows, and budgets. This role allows you to contribute to investor reporting and compliance while enhancing the project accounting function through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets and cash flow tracking
• Prepare loan draws and assist with forecasting




• Support project reconciliations and statutory reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and lender requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline project accounting

Requirements:
• 2–5 years in project or construction accounting
• CPA candidate or achieved designation
• Solid Excel and analytical capabilities
• Background in budgeting and funding processes
• Driven and collaborative mindset
