Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry is hiring for the role of Live Haul Driver in Yarrow, BC. Focus on the secure transport of live poultry during overnight hours, emphasizing animal welfare practices.

In this full-time position, you will work from 6PM to 5:30AM, Sunday through Thursday. Responsibilities include driving a live haul truck, performing mandatory inspections, and managing the loading and unloading process while following biosecurity protocols. Your diligence directly supports FVSP’s supply chain integrity and animal welfare standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport live poultry between farms and processing locations
• Execute vehicle inspections prior to and after each trip
• Handle birds with care during loading and unloading




• Keep detailed records for trip logs and other documentation
• Sanitize vehicles consistently to maintain biosecurity standards

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with clean driving history
• Experience with livestock or poultry transportation
• Ability to work overnight and handle lifting tasks
• Good communicator for coordination with team
• Physically fit for outdoor work demands
