As a store manager, your primary focus is to oversee daily retail operations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and manage inventory to keep the store fully stocked at all times. This role blends hands-on retail management with strategic business growth, making it ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about healthandwellness. As a small business, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and customer experience.

Ordering & inventory management – work with suppliers to ensure constant supply and purchasing with optimal margins

Lead, train, and mentor the retail team to ensure exceptional customer service & organization.

Manage and optimize store performance, meeting sales goals and KPIs.

Execute and oversee in-store and community events.

Have an excellent knowledge & understanding of the products we carry & their health benefits

Collaborate on the development and implementation of marketing and merchandising strategies.

Meet monthly & ad-hoc with upper management to review marketing + event schedule, planning, implementation & direction





Seek innovative ways to improve sales & customer engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Experience / knowledge in nutrition & the health + wellness space

Ability to take initiative & lead a team of 5-8 employees

Good time management and the ability to adapt & prioritize multiple tasks & unexpected situations

Robust networking and relationship‑building skills.

Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, Slack technologies an asset

Customer‑service oriented, a smiley personality that prioritizes customers in a busy environment

Genuine enthusiasm for the products & company

An entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a scrappy small business environment

Detail‑oriented, team player with a can‑do attitude

Can lift a minimum of 35lb

Available on weekends, and during store hours ranging potentially from 9am-8pm depending on the season

Pay Rate:
$42,000-$50,000

Vacation:
2 weeks paid + 2 weeks unpaid

Hours of Work:
Full time. 40+ hours per week in-store. You are entitled to a one hour paid break daily
