Fidelity seeks a Service Delivery Manager to serve Introducing Broker and Portfolio Manager clients. You will be the liaison between clients and FCC back-office, ensuring service levels are met and inquiries are resolved from first contact to resolution.
You will escalate urgent issues, promote easy business for front and middle offices, and communicate clearly with clients at all levels. Robust product and policy knowledge is required.
