Make a difference at CAMH as an Occupational Therapist in the Psychosis Recovery and Treatment Unit 5, located in Toronto. Focus on comprehensive assessments and rehabilitation strategies for patients.

We are seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to work collaboratively with an interprofessional team. You will conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy tailored to the needs of those with serious mental illness. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions and adhering to COTO standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments on clients’ mental health
• Develop customized treatment plans to support rehabilitation




• Facilitate therapeutic and psycho-educational group sessions
• Provide individualized counseling to clients
• Mentor and supervise students in their clinical placements

Requirements:
• Must be registered with COTO and in good standing
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• At least three years of experience in mental health
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Bilingual abilities are an advantage
