In this position as an Early Learning Educator at Kids & Company, you will support children’s education during their foundational years. Your role includes delivering a customized Emergent Curriculum, maintaining thorough documentation, and nurturing children's development across various domains. Collaboration with external experts will be key, as well as ensuring compliance with all safety regulations to provide a secure learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a child-focused Emergent Curriculum
• Document and report on children's progress and attendance
• Support holistic development in a nurturing setting
• Work with external professionals as needed
• Ensure classroom safety and licensing compliance

Requirements:
• Valid ECE License from Nova Scotia
• Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
• Standard First Aid and CPR Certification
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs
