Key Responsibilities:
• Support credit review and underwriting for diverse mortgage loans
• Prepare transparent credit memos and risk assessments
• Conduct detailed financial analyses,



including cash flow modelling
• Monitor existing loans and assess emerging credit risks
• Collaborate with global credit risk teams for informed recommendations

Requirements:
• 2–5 years in commercial real estate or credit analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
• Robust analytical and financial modelling skills
• Knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
