Collaborating directly with the Director, Marketing Success, you'll onboard new clients, manage inquiries, and streamline processes for enhanced customer experiences. Each day brings varied tasks, from preparing documentation to troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries through various support channels
• Assist in onboarding new franchise clients onto Franify
• Create and maintain customer profiles and settings




• Keep detailed records of customer issues and follow-ups
• Help prepare internal documentation and FAQs for users

Requirements:
• Experience in customer success or technical roles preferred
• Solid attention to detail and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with software platforms comfortably
• Previous experience in digital marketing is a bonus
