Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and Cobol development
Experience with central office tools and practices, including Endevor, Zeke, and log analysis
Good understanding of the insurance industry and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Mastery of Agile and DevOps practices, including automation, frequent deliveries and production support
Leadership, autonomy and ability to bring several files to fruition
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Knowledge of Natural and Assembler languages is an asset
