With over seven years of experience in AML/ATF, you will oversee a team of investigators, staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements. This role demands strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills as you enhance the team's performance and deliver on AML/ATF initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operational efforts of AML/ATF analysts and investigators
• Monitor regulatory developments and adjust activities accordingly
• Oversee outsourcing services, transaction monitoring, and compliance




• Assess recent regulations and implement impactful updates
• Mentor team members while fostering a trust-based environment

Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in AML/ATF
• University degree in a related field such as criminology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience in developing compliance documents and reports
• CAMS certification or intent to pursue
