Key Responsibilities:
• Lead developmentally appropriate activities for ages 0–12
• Deliver youth programming focusing on emotional skills
• Ensure a trauma-sensitive environment for all youth
• Observe and assess children's developmental progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant field
• Minimum of one year’s relevant experience
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong ability to build rapport with youth
• Willingness to work flexible schedule as needed
