As an Exterior Cleaner, you will report to the Team Leader and play an key role in maintaining the exterior of commercial properties. Your daily tasks will include snow and ice removal, litter picking, and ensuring cleanliness in green spaces and entrances. The position demands physical capability and adherence to health and safety protocols while maintaining equipment and reporting any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform snow and ice removal as per guidelines
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment effectively
• Clean and organize exterior storage areas




• Conduct litter picking around the property
• Check and clean graffiti and exterior signs promptly

Requirements:
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
• Proven physical capability for outdoor tasks
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required
• Understand and implement cleaning policies consistently
• Proficiency in following written and oral instructions
