MEC is searching for an experienced Bike Mechanic to provide exceptional services to members visiting this iconic outdoor store. You will be responsible for assembling bikes and training staff on repair techniques while promoting sustainability. In winter, take advantage of your skillset by assisting in the ski shop with bindings and ski repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and repair bikes to MEC standards
• Provide advice and support to members
• Conduct staff training on repair processes
• Keep the shop space organized and efficient
• Handle bike part sourcing and inventory management

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in bicycle mechanics
• Knowledgeable in bicycle parts and service
• Proficient with D365 tech systems
• Solid physical strength for lifting and moving
• Ability to demonstrate bike assembly during hiring
